These terms are a working framework for using the Web Dream website and commissioning project work. Governing law and company identity are placeholders until confirmed.
Website use
You may browse the site for information about Web Dream services. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful content through forms.
Intellectual property
The Web Dream name, logo and site content belong to Web Dream unless stated otherwise. Client work remains subject to the project agreement.
Project services
Design, development, redesign, e-commerce and maintenance work are scoped in a written proposal. The website is not a binding quote.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate brief information, timely feedback, and rights to content you supply.
Third-party services
Platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, hosting or analytics remain subject to their own terms when used in a project.
Payments, revisions and approvals
Payment schedule, revision rounds and approval gates will be stated in the proposal. This page does not invent fees.
Content ownership and launch
Ownership transfer and launch conditions are defined per project. Until then, work-in-progress remains Web Dream’s materials.
Maintenance and cancellation
Maintenance is optional and can be cancelled as described in the maintenance agreement. Project cancellation terms are set in the proposal.
Warranties, liability and law
